Kevin Rains is a business coach with a rich background in entrepreneurship and leadership development. His journey began as the CEO of a family-owned auto body shop business. Under his leadership the business expanded from a single small shop to five locations, significantly increasing revenue through organic growth and acquisitions. After selling his business in 2021, Kevin transitioned to helping other leaders and entrepreneurs transform their businesses and lives by creating Legacy Roundtables and becoming and EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System) Coach. His approach is rooted in practical experience, emphasizing the importance of processes to alleviate stress and unlock potential. Kevin's dedication to building a family legacy and serving others shines through his work, making him a valuable coach, teacher, and facilitator in the entrepreneurial community.

Here is what we are up to

*Monthly Roundtables: Each group meets once a month for the regularly scheduled content. This is where you will learn practical tools to use in your daily life, get coached on current issues you’re facing, and dive deeper with your group. The meetings include a gourmet lunch and a happy hour following.

*Quarterly Events: We have an event each quarter where you can network with other roundtables, eat good food, and have lots of fun!

*Annual Group Retreat: We hold a group retreat at our Dappled Light property in Red River Gorge. This is a time for rest and FUN.

*Annual Family Day: This is a time to get to know the families of your fellow group mates.

Our 3 Pillars

1.COMMUNITY: Through time together, guided sharing, informal times during lunch and happy hours each month, and an annual retreat, a supportive community naturally emerges. 

2.COACHING: Each month is a group coaching experience. There's also time allotted for "open coaching" where specific issues are addressed for 1-2 people that applies to everyone present.

3. CONTENT: Instantly usable tools and frameworks that combine the best business thinking and a Biblical grounding.
