Grant has been a Legacy Coach since 2024.
He will be leading two Legacy Roundtables in 2025.
Grant Dawson is a business owner and consultant who has helped start and grow multiple businesses, non-profits, and churches--including Cincy Gutter Boys, New Heights Roofing, Reset Ministries, and Vineyard Covington. His background in education and non-profit mixed with the last decade of business ownership has allowed him to help non-profits be more entrepreneurial and businesses to be more redemptive. His favorite roles are husband, father, and coach--which makes playing pickleball or volleyball with his family his favorite thing ever.
We curate tight-knit communities of leaders, helping them lead well and leave a legacy by scaling profits and purpose.
Here is what we are up to
*Monthly Roundtables: Each group meets once a month for the regularly scheduled content. This is where you will learn practical tools to use in your daily life, get coached on current issues you’re facing, and dive deeper with your group. The meetings include a gourmet lunch and a happy hour following.
*Quarterly Events: We have an event each quarter where you can network with other roundtables, eat good food, and have lots of fun!
*Annual Group Retreat: We hold a group retreat at our Dappled Light property in Red River Gorge. This is a time for rest and FUN.
*Annual Family Day: This is a time to get to know the families of your fellow group mates.
Our 3 Pillars
1.COMMUNITY: Through time together, guided sharing, informal times during lunch and happy hours each month, and an annual retreat, a supportive community naturally emerges.
2.COACHING: Each month is a group coaching experience. There's also time allotted for "open coaching" where specific issues are addressed for 1-2 people that applies to everyone present.
3. CONTENT: Instantly usable tools and frameworks that combine the best business thinking and a Biblical grounding.
