Dakota has been a Legacy Coach since 2024. He will be leading 2 Roundtables in 2025



Dakota Beerman has worked in his family business for over a decade. Dakota has done every role in his family's successful small business. Dakota saw significant growth in both revenue and team size as the Chief Operations Lead. Dakota is passionate about strategic planning, leadership development, and team building.

His motivation comes from overcoming cancer at an early age. He became determined to live an impactful life and help as many people as he can. He works hard to draw that out of himself and those he coaches. 

Dakota helps leaders get clear about root issues. He will help put together action plans that will get you unstuck and moving in the right direction. 

He has experience facilitating leadership meetings, developing leaders, and driving team results. He loves working with people and processes to achieve the goals of the organization. 

Dakota is a trained speaker and facilitator. He loves coaching new leaders, established leaders, and facilitating group coaching sessions. He is excited to help you reach new levels!

Here is what we are up to

*Monthly Roundtables: Each group meets once a month for the regularly scheduled content. This is where you will learn practical tools to use in your daily life, get coached on current issues you’re facing, and dive deeper with your group. The meetings include a gourmet lunch and a happy hour following.

*Quarterly Events: We have an event each quarter where you can network with other roundtables, eat good food, and have lots of fun!

*Annual Group Retreat: We hold a group retreat at our Dappled Light property in Red River Gorge. This is a time for rest and FUN.

*Annual Family Day: This is a time to get to know the families of your fellow group mates.

Our 3 Pillars

1.COMMUNITY: Through time together, guided sharing, informal times during lunch and happy hours each month, and an annual retreat, a supportive community naturally emerges. 

2.COACHING: Each month is a group coaching experience. There's also time allotted for "open coaching" where specific issues are addressed for 1-2 people that applies to everyone present.

3. CONTENT: Instantly usable tools and frameworks that combine the best business thinking and a Biblical grounding.
